Winemaker's Notes
This intense dark ruby wine was made from
the Ukrainian grape variety – Odeskyi
Chornyi, as indicated by the Ukrainian flag
on the front label. Rich, deep and juicy - this
is a local brand wine with a strong Ukrainian
character. On the nose there are smoky
notes of black berries and mulberry. The
taste has notes of dried fruit, while the soft
tannins offer a silky lasting finish.


Pairings
Odessa Black is perfect with any meat
dishes, sausages and smoked meats. To
enjoy the full aroma and flavor of this wine,
serving temperature should be between
+16°… 18° C.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Winemaker's Notes
An enjoyable brick red wine, matured in
French oak barrels for nine months. The
aroma is multifaceted with notes of aging,
blackberry, mulberry and black currant. The
taste is balanced and harmonious, with
moderate tannins, spicy tinge and a fruity
finish.


Pairings
Perfectly complements meat delicacies,
salads and warm dishes. To enjoy the full
aroma and flavor of this wine, serving
temperature should be between +16°… 18°C.

SUKHOLYMANSKY
SKU 820024 – 11.5% Alc. – 750 ml – 12 bottles/case


Winemaker's Notes

Sukholymanskyi white is an Ukrainian
grape variety, a cross between Chardonnay
and Plavay made in the middle of the XX
century by NSC "Tairov Institute of
Viticulture and Winemaking". On the nose,
this light golden wine displays notes of
white plum, pear and hazelnut, reminiscent
of Muscat. The taste is refreshing with
notes of melon, lime, and lychee, followed
by a nicely balanced acidity on the finish.

Pairings
Pairs well with light salads and soft cheeses,
or it can be enjoyed as an aperitif to a
variety of dishes. Recommended serving
temperature: +10°…12° C.

CHARDONNAY
SKU 827940 – 13.5% Alc. – 750 ml – 12 bottles/case

Winemaker's Notes:
Hand harvested and matured in oak barrels
for a minimum of six months, this estate
Chardonnay displays a soft golden colour.
On the nose the dominant notes are of
Duchess pear, oak, grapefruit and white
flower. This full-bodied wine has a pleasant
tinge of citrus fruits with a pleasant acidity
on the finish.


Pairings:
The wine is a perfect match with hard
cheeses, pates, fish and poultry. To enjoy the
full aroma and flavour of this wine it is
recommended it be served at a temperature
of 10° - 12° C.

BISSER  BRUT

Discover Bisser Brut Sparkling Wine

Blanc de Blancs - a classical brut sparkling wine from Chardonnay grapes from Kolonist own vineyards. Made by methode Champenoise

(traditional method) with aging sur lie in bottles no less than 1.5 years.  Degorgage is made manually.

​

Remarkable for its elegance, it displays a light straw colour with a golden hue.

On the nose there is an exquisite aroma of aging yeast, with notes of brioche and butter, cream and vanilla, and the crust of a freshly baked bread. The taste is nicely balanced, refreshing with a lightly sweet lasting finish.

 

Pairings

Pairs well with seafood, oysters, red crabs and caviar, or it can be enjoyed as an aperitif to a variety of dishes.

Serving Temperature 6 to 8 degrees Celsius
